Raffaellesco Pattern Renaissance inspired dinnerware is hand painted in the Umbrian hill-town of Deruta. Well known some of Italy’s most beautiful majolica dinnerware, Raffaellesco is among the oldest of Deruta’s patterns. It is rumored that the inspiration for this design came directly from Raphael’s famous frescoes in the Vatican. This elegant pasta/soup plate features a stylized dragon with rich accents of gold, cobalt blue and warm terracotta orange.
