DELIVERY DATES Are Not Guaranteed. The shipping companies are not in our control, and trucks can be delayed. We will provide estimated shipping dates, however, these are just an estimate. Majolica ceramics and glass are by nature, FRAGILE. We take shipping very seriously. All merchandise is bubble wrapped and packed with at least 3 inches of packing materials surrounding all sides. We ship UPS insured using the following rate table.

You have 7 days to return the merchandise to receive a refund minus the shipping costs.
We are proud of our Home collection and want you to be perfectly satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us immediately for further return instructions.

You can return the merchandise through the mail for a refund or replacement. Due to the unique nature of the product, most often a refund or store credit can be issued. To make a return by mail, please ship merchandise UPS insured- for the total $ amount of sale in it’s original packing material to:

(Please use caution when re-packing merchandise for return. It must arrive in the same condition that it was delivered to you. If necessary, use more add more packing material or use a new box if the old box was damaged in opening.)

Did the merchandise arrive damaged?

Although we rarely have problems with breakage, on occasion, the merchandise arrives damaged or broken. For this reason, we ship UPS insured. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving damaged or broken goods so that we can issue a refund and promptly file a claim with UPS.

Gift Certificates

All gift certificates have an expiration date of one year (365 days) from the original date of purchase. Gift certificates can be used in-store or online via our website.
