Please download the application form below and provide us with a valid reseller ID number by faxing your Resale Certificate to 626-799-2077 attention Wholesale. When your Resale Certificate is approved, we will set permissions on your customer account to "wholesale customer" and you will be able to see wholesale pricing directly from our website. Shortly after your account is approved you will receive an email regarding Terms and Minimum Order requirements.

Designers are entitled to a discount on most merchandise. We are glad to establish new relationships with designers from all over the country. To apply for designer pricing, please register as a new customer and fill out the PDF form below and provide us with a current copy of your and Resale Certificate. Fax these forms to 626-799-2077. Shortly after your account is approved, you will receive an email regarding your discount.
